Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Implement and manage efficient operational processes and workflows to ensure timely project delivery and superior customer service.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and high performance.
- Project Management: Oversee and coordinate various projects, from concept to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, resources, and financial performance to achieve profitability targets.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans that drive the company's growth and success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in real estate management or a related field, with a track record of success in leading teams and managing projects.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and best practices in the real estate industry.
Job Benefits
Commission : 8% Commision on each plot sales (A plot is from N500,000)
Target: 6 Plots
Basic Salary: N40,000
