We are looking for enthusiastic and results-oriented Marketers to join our team. As a Marketer at Kobplan Realty Solutions, you will be responsible for promoting our real estate projects, engaging with potential clients, and contributing to the growth of our client base. Your creativity and communication skills will be key in driving our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the benefits of our real estate offerings.
- Marketing Campaigns: Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and other outreach methods.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on marketing activities and results, including lead conversion rates and campaign performance.
Qualifications
- OND/degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute for a degree).
- Proven experience in marketing or sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and a customer-centric approach.
Job Benefits
Commission : 7% Commision on each plot sales (A plot is from N500,000)
Target: 4 Plots
Basic Salary: N30,000 based on KPI
