We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Supervisor to join our team. As a Marketing Supervisor at Kobplan Realty Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our real estate projects, enhance our brand presence, and attract clients. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing efforts.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and sales.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing content, including articles, blog posts, videos, and graphics.
- Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in marketing, with a track record of successful campaign management and team leadership.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and best practices in marketing.
Commission : 7% Commision on each plot sales (A plot is from N500,000)
Target: 6 Plots
Basic Salary: N35,000 based on KPI
